Iris Delgado is an American news anchor working with WTMO Telemundo31 for the Telemundo Station Group in Greater Orlando, Florida. She joined the station in March 2022 as a news anchor.

Delgado attended the University of Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Latin American Studies in 2011.

Delgado started her career as a co-host and executive producer at NPR working from May 2010 to January 2011. There she produced and anchored the 30-minute Spanish language news and public affairs radio show on a weekly basis. In June 2011, she joined PBS, as a reporter until November 2011, pitching, shooting, and editing daily news stories for a local TV station in Gainesville, Florida. She then joined Entravision Communications in Noticias Univision Florida Central as a weather anchor in November 2011. There she worked until November 2013 also serving as a reporter.
Delgado joined Univision Commuications Inc in Primer Impacto in September 2012 as a correspondent until November 2013. She then worked for NBCUniversal Media, LLC, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for 8 years and 4 months. First, she served from November 2013 to October 2016 as an anchor and reporter. She then served as an anchor from October 2016 to February 2022. In March 2022, she joined Telemundo Station Group as a news anchor in Orlando, Florida. She anchors the 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 11 p.m. newscasts from Monday to Friday and is a 15-time Emmy Award-winning journalist.
She is also a member of the Investigative Reporters and Editors, and the Co-President of NAHJ (National Association of Hispanic Journalists). Delgado was a guest reader at the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA in 2017. She was also a committee member of Philabundance from March 2017 to March 2018 in the Communications Advisory Committee.
