Tyler Lane is an American journalist working for KTUU as a sports reporter since joining the station in October 2023. Before studying in college, he worked in the United States Marine Corps as a Diesel Mechanic for four years.

Lane attended the Dan Patrick School of Sportscasting at Full Sail University in Orlando. While there, he was the Valedictorian and learned from industry professionals who worked at ESPN, FOX Sports, and many local stations. Lane also worked and went to some of the most significant sporting occasions in the country including Super Bowl 57 and March Madness.
