In Hawaii, she worked for Anthology Marketing Group. There, she was tasked with managing public affairs clients in energy, land development, tourism, government, and agriculture.
Nagaoka serves on the board of the Hawaii Food Bank Kauai Branch, the Domestic Violence Action Center, and Make-A-Wish Hawaii’s Young Leader Board. Also, she works with the Pacific Century Fellows and is a member of the U.S.-Japan Council’s Emerging Leaders Program.
