Hayley Fixler is an American anchor and reporter working for WNCN-TV as a reporter and anchor. Before joining the station in August 2021, she worked at WGHP-TV as a fill-in anchor and reporter.

Hayley began her journalism career as a weekend morning anchor and reporter at WBND-TV, the ABC 57 affiliate in South Bend, Indiana. During her time there, she covered national stories like the carbon monoxide leak and death at a hotel and the aftermath of a shooting at a Michigan courthouse. Fixler also reported the economic resurgence effect of the RV industry in the region. She served the station for nearly three years from June 2016 to November 2018.
Before coming to South Bend, Hayley interned at NBC News for five months from January 2016 to May 2016.
