Carmela Karcher is an American journalist working for KOVR CBS13 as a multimedia journalist since joining the station in February 2025. Previously, she worked as a weekend anchor and multimedia journalist at NBC Palm Springs/KMIR in Palm Desert, California, for 3 years.

Karcher joined the University of Oregon in 2015 after finishing her education at Marin Catholic High School. In 2019, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
