A.Z. Kelsey is an American actor who is best known for his roles as Jeff Kingsley in the Fox primetime musical drama television series Empire. He is also known for his roles in Bull (2016) and Unforgettable (2011).

Kelsey studied at the Yale School of Drama, the same school Trai Byers attended. He made his debut on episode 1 of the fifth season of Empire, “Steal From The Thief.” On Empire, he stars alongside co-stars Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson, Jussie Smollett, Bryshere Y. Gray, Serayah, Sierra A. McClain among others.

In 2014, Kelsey played Matt in Unforgettable, and in 2015 he appeared in What Would You Do? as a bartender. More recently Kelsey appeared on an episode of Bull as Matt Williams.
