Adam Solomon is an American Sports Director currently working for Alabama News Network. He joined Alabama News Network in early January 2017.  Previously he worked for WCJB in Gainesville, Florida for a period of three years.

Solomon works at Alabama News Network where he serves as the sports director. He joined the Alabama News Network in early January 2017. During the first week on the job, Adam was sent to Tampa, Florida, to cover the University of Alabama football team going for its 17th National Championship. Before that, Adam spent the previous three years working for WCJB in Gainesville, Florida. There he covered the Florida Gators and Florida State Seminoles on a regular basis. “I”m excited to now be all-SEC all the time.”

Solomon originates from Ohio where he went to school at Bowling  Green State University. He started at WNWO in Toledo, and he was the number 3 sports guy. A year and a half later, a chance to be on TV in front of his family and friends from home showed itself, and he accepted without delay. he would become the weekend sports anchor at WLIO in Lima, Ohio, which is just 35 minutes from his hometown of St. Marys. His resume includes National Championship games, Professional Sports, High School State Championships, and also Final Fours sports. He has reported almost every sport at every level over the year.

When coming to his education, he joined Bowling Green State University in 2004 and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in telecommunications. During his leisure time, he enjoys traveling home to see his nephews, at the local movie theater, and at the dog park with his two dogs.
