Alicia Booth Sprecher is an American journalist working for News4JAX as a part-time anchor and reporter since joining the station in January 2013. Previously, she worked for WEWS in Cleveland, Ohio as an anchor and medical reporter for 9 years.

There, she specialized in military reporting. During her time in Charlotte at WCNC, she focused on the police beat and was the medical reporter in Cleveland, Ohio. Moreover, she led many awareness campaigns about matters such as women’s heart disease, breast cancer, and leukemia at multiple stations.
For 8 years, she worked as a volunteer in the inner city of Charlotte. Also, she worked at the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club. Further, she served as the spokesperson for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. During her free time, she volunteered for United Cerebral Palsy and Meals on Wheels.
