Amaka Ubaka is an American journalist of Nigerian descent working for 7NEWS as a weekday anchor of Today in New England and 7NEWS at Noon since she was promoted in November 2018. She joined the station in May 2016 as a reporter and was promoted to weekday evening anchor in September 2017. Previously, she worked as a general assignment reporter at WKMG News 6 in Orlando, Florida, for nearly 3 years.
