She also reported various weather events including a FEMA-declared flooding disaster in the Mohawk Valley. On top of this, she also conducted multiple interviews with U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer, Former President Obama, and the Chairman of the New York Republican State Committee Ed Cox.
Before working at WKTV News, Anna worked for WHDH-TV in Boston as a web producer and news writer. She served the station for eleven months from August 2012 to June 2013. Previously, Meiler worked for The Boston Globe as a student correspondent from September 2011 to August 2012.
She began her career at UVC-TV 19 in Amherst where she served as an anchor, reporter, and director. In addition to working for UVC-TV 19, Anna also served as an intern at Fox News from June 2011 to August 2011. As an intern, she is in charge of creating the news, pitching ideas, and booking guests.
