Annalise Johnson is an American journalist working for KIMT as an anchor of KIMT News 3 Daybreak and Midday. Before that role, she served the station as a weekend anchor. She joined the station in February 2018 as a reporter and multimedia journalist. For 5 years, she served Riverview Center as a certified victim counselor and volunteer sexual assault advocate.

Johnson joined Luther College in 2014 when she finished her high school studies at Decorah High School. In 2018, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Writing minor. From May 2017 to April 2022 she worked with Riverview Center as a certified victim counselor and volunteer sexual assault advocate in Winnieshiek, Howard, Allamakee, and Fayette Counties. She took several on-call overnight shifts monthly and responded to calls from hospitals and law enforcement. Johnson also provided emotional support, mediated between assault survivors and medical staff, and provided information and resources regarding medical and legal procedures, counseling, legal rights, medical rights, and other options available for survivors.
Johnson started her career as a head lifeguard and swim instructor at Decorah Parks and Recreation, in Decorah Municipal Poll from June 2011 to August 2017. There she provided safety, enforced rules, and resolved the issues and concerns of patrons. She instructed children, teenagers, and children with disabilities in swimming lessons and also worked as the manager several times a week. Additionally, Johnson certified lifeguards in lifeguarding and CPR.
