She starred as one of the three professional chefs who competed with amateur chefs in Beat the Chefs. From 2013 to 2017, she worked as a judge on Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen.
Lofaso competed in Cutthroat‘s special episode, “Judging Judges” in 2016. There, she won against Simon Majumdar, Jet Tila, and Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. She has been a judge in Guy’s Grocery Games since it premiered in 2013. Additionally, she frequently competed on the show and started a bond with Guy Fieri who dubs her the “Warrior Princess.”
