April Loveland is an American meteorologist working for WTKR on First Warning Storm Team. Her forecasts can be viewed Wednesday through Friday at 10 p.m. on WGNT, and Saturdays and Sundays on both WTKR and WGNT. She joined the station in May 2016. Previously, she worked for WAGM in Presque Isle, Maine as a morning meteorologist and reporter.

Loveland attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana after completing her high school education. When she finished her studies in December 2012, she became a graduate and attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology/Climatology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography. During her time at the college, she spent two weeks in the Great Plains where she chased storms.
