Ben Gutierrez is an American meteorologist working for HNN as a weather anchor and reporter since joining the station in October 2009. Previously, he worked for KITV as a weather anchor and reporter for a decade.

Gutierrez joined Linfield College in Oregon when he finished his high school education at St. Louis High School. On a side note, he decided to study at St. Loius High School because it had a class in TV production and a small functional TV studio and equipment.
While in college, he worked as the news director of the student radio station as a sophomore. Also, he worked for a small market radio station near Portland as a news director. There, he met ex-Presidents Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter and concentrated on theater and music.
