Ben Lang is an American meteorologist who is currently working at ABC32 News. He serves as a Weather Authority Meteorologist, bringing the forecast on the 11 a.m, noon, 5 p.m, and 5:30 p.m weekday newscast.

Lang works at ABC32 News where he serves on the weekdays at 11 a.m., noon, 5 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. meteorologist. He got his internship at WMC-5 in Memphis during the 2015 summer. He was interested in the weather at a very early age. Lang used to watch Tv weathercasts from a local meteorologist and would stick to the TV whenever they broke in for serious weather reports. Since he was much interested in the broadcasting side of meteorology, he ahead and pursued a degree in Broadcast Meteorology, and during that time Mississippi proved to be the best fit for his course.

While he was in Mississippi, he played Ultimate Frisbee for the club team all throughout his course. Due to that, he spends many of his weekends during the spring semesters traveling across the southeast with the team competing in tournaments. During some of his summers Lang, played for the club team in Memphis while he was in college.

Apart from the weather, he is an avid sports fan and follows his hometown Seattle Seahawks and Memphis Grizzlies closely. Lang likes weight training and fitness, a way of life he chooses before his senior year of college to put himself into the best possible physical shape for his final year of college ultimate.
