Lovers and Liars follows Polizzi alongside CJ Weathers and Casey Johnson as they try to separate 24 women on the show into “nice girls” or “Fgirls.” If a nice girl is chosen, she gets to split a $100,000 cash prize with the man who chose her. However, the Fgirl get to keep the cash prize for themselves. After losing twice on the Island, Polizzi searches for a woman he can trust and avoid another heartbreak.
