Brittany Decker is an American journalist working for WVTM 13 as a weekend anchor and reporter. She relocated to the south from New England where she worked for ABC 40/FOX 6/CBS 3 (Western Mass News) in Springfield, Massachusetts as a weekday morning anchor.

Decker attended Western New England University after completing her high school education. When she finished her studies, she became a graduate and attained a Bachelor’s degree in Mass-Media Communications. Additionally, she finished her Meteorology course at Mississippi State University and holds a certification in Broadcast Meteorology.

Further, she was crowned Miss Connecticut in 2010 and partook in the national Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas. The Bristol native enjoys music when she is not working. She sang for the acoustic duo, “Smith & Decker” in Western Massachusetts.
Additionally, she loves the outdoors, adventures, traveling, and staying active with Crossfit. Further, she has finished 3 full marathons and regularly pushed wheelchair athletes while running. Decker has also finished century rides on her bicycle in support of fallen officers.
Over the past few years, she went to Haiti alongside a team of doctors as they ran medical clinics in remote villages in the country. Decker cheers on the Red Sox, and New England Patriots, and is always on the lookout for college football season in Alabama.
