Chris Horvatits is an eminent American Award-winning Journalist working for WIVB as a Reporter. He joined WIVB in December 2017. Previously, he covered the Finger Lakes region of New York State for WHEC-TV, as well as Watertown, Fort Drum, and the Thousand Islands region of New York for WWNY-TV.

Christopher was then a Sports Intern at WIVB/WLNO-TV (LIN TV Corp) from May 2011 to August 2011. He was also a Sports Intern at WIVB-TV from May 2011 to August 2011. There, he assisted in the production of the sportscast at the CBS affiliate in Buffalo in 2011. And his responsibilities included logging video and sound, assisting photographers in the field, and tracking news. Throughout his career, he has won awards from the New York State Broadcasters Association and Associated Press. His favorite personal accomplishment is finishing the Richmond Marathon in 2016. When he is not working, he can be found around town, working out, or checking out Bills, Sabres, or Bison games.
