Chris Knoll is an American journalist working with WOWK-TV, in Charleston, Western Virginia as a weekend meteorologist. He joined the 13 News team in October 2022.

Knoll started his career in August 2020, when he joined the Nexstar Media Group, Inc, at KREX 5 and KFQX 4 in Grand Junction, Colorado. There he used information from meteorological sensors and forecast model data to create accurate forecasts for Grand Junction and Western Colorado. He also produced and presented informative weathercasts for primarily the morning and noon broadcasts in addition to filling in for weekends, primetime, and web content for Grand Junction and Western Colorado. Knoll wrote short informative forecast discussions for the station’s website and closed captions for the weather segments as well as accustomed to working flexible hours.

Knolls joined WOWK 13 Charleston, Western Virginia in October 2022 as a weekend meteorologist for the 13 news team. He has covered severe thunderstorms and storms and rains in his career in Western Virginia.
