Christian Convery is a Canadian actor who is famous for starring in the Netflix series Sweet Tooth as Gus. He is also notable for appearing in films like My Christmas Dream, Beautiful Boy,  Pup Academy, Cocaine Bear, and Playing with Fire.

Christian Convery Career

Convery started his professional career in 2016 when he was featured in a romantic comedy Hearts of Spring produced by Marita Grabiak. After that, he appeared in notable films such as Lucifer, Legion, Van Helsing, and Supernatural. Later on, Christian landed a role as the main character in a TV film My Christmas Dream where he played alongside David Haydn-Jones and Danica McKellar. For his work in the series, he was honored with a Young Artist Award in 2019.

In addition to this, Convery also starred opposite Steve Carell and Timothée Chalamet in the drama film, Beautiful Boy in 2018. From there, he went on and landed a role as a main character in the Disney Channel series Pup Academy. For his performance in the series, he was awarded the Best Lead Actor award in 2020. Later, Christian starred alongside Judy Greer, John Leguizamo, and John Cena in the film Playing with Fire. That same year, he was also featured in the TV film Descendants 3.

His popularity increased in 2021 when he was cast as deer-boy Gus in a Netflix fantasy series Sweet Tooth. There, Convery played alongside Nonso Anozie, and the film was produced by Susan Downey and Robert Downey Jr. In 2023, he provided voice in Nickelodeon Animation’s Paw Patrol where he played together with James Marsden and Kristen Bell. On top of this, Christian also appeared in Cocaine Bear and One Piece. For his upcoming film, he is expected to appear in films such as The Monkey, Flowervale Street, and Frankenstein.
