Previously, Noël worked for KPRC in Houston as an afternoon and evening anchor. While in Houston, she won the prestigious Edward R. Murrow award and four International Telly Awards for her “Bells For Abigail” series, which highlighted brave young children battling cancer.

Noël helped spearhead the broadcast of hurricanes and major breaking news stories, like the COVID-19 pandemic, car chases, and immigration issues at the border. Also, she covered the Uvalde school shooting as well as political elections. Moreover, she broadcast top national and international events, such as the Houston Astros World Series championship and traveling to Japan twice for the 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Before moving to Houston, Noël worked as the main anchor for KUSA in Denver, Colorado, from 2014 to 2019. Also, she served as the main anchor for WCCB in Charlotte, North Carolina, and WZZM in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She launched her TV career at WZZM, where she was the morning show host of “Take Five & Company.”

During her career, Noël has received several awards, including a Lone Star Emmy Award for her work on the “Apollo 11 Houston’s Mission to the Moon” documentary. Moreover, she has received a number of Emmy Award nominations, including Best Anchor while in Denver. She has received recognition for concentrating on highlighting children fighting cancer, an effort she holds near and dear to her heart.

Noël was on the Board of Directors for the non-profit, Sky High For Kids, while she was still in Houston. In Denver, she and her husband sit on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation’s 2221 Society. The foundation identifies and funds projects that require philanthropic support to advance pediatric care.
