Christine Scarpelli is an American journalist working for WSPA as a morning reporter and does a weekly segment called Let’s Eat. She joined the station in January 2011 as a one-man-band digital journalist and has served the station for more than a decade.

Scarpelli joined the University of South Carolina in Columbia in 2006 when she finished her high school education. In May 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Political Science minor.

Moreover, she broadcasted the book signing of Sarah Palin’s “America by Heart,” and shook the hand of President Obama during his visit to Columbia when he was campaigning.
