Danielle Grant Biography
Danielle Grant is an American Meteorologist working for 9News in Denver, Colorado where she serves the station as a Weather Forecaster. Prior to joining 9News, he was working with KREM-TV in Spokane, Washington.

Danielle is a proud graduate of Cal Poly State university located in San Luis where she obtained a degree in Broadcast Journalism. While she was in college, she was working behind the scenes at the Local NBC Affiliate station, KSBY-TV. It is there that she learned the ins and outs of the business. She states that later on, she put her head back in the books studying meteorology at Mississippi State University. Grant is now a certified meteorologist and is working her way toward receiving her NWA Seal.

Grant works with 9News Denver where she serves the station as a Meteorologist. She states that during some of her first days on-air, she reported from the Black Forest Fire. There, she was tracking the weather conditions during the most destructive wildfire in state history. She adds that a few months later, she worked round the clock while covering the catastrophic flooding along the Front Range. Asides from this, she has also kept a close eye on forecasting the epic snow storms that have hammered the High Country.
Previously, she was working with KREM in Washington. She states that she loved doing all, not knowing where the day was gonna take her. She kick-started her career years before in Idaho Falls, a tiny town in the United States. Grant states that she stuffed her bags to the brim in the back of her SUV and moved in the midst of a blizzard to start her first on-air job at KIFI-TV. She explains that the climate was extreme, unlike thunderstorms. Later on, she found her passion for predicting Mother Nature.
Grant calls Colorado home despite spending most of her life in sunny San Diego. When she was a little, she spent summers in Pagosa Springs and took her first turns on a snowboard at Wolf Creek. Away from work, she enjoys spending time outside enjoying mother nature. Asides from this, she loves exploring Colorado, biking, wakeboarding, golfing, hiking, and horseback riding. She also loves spending time with her family and friends and living in the Mile High City.
