During her early years working in the music industry, she worked for EMI, Capitol Records, and SBK Records. She has served as CEO of (RED), which was co-founded by Bobby Shriver and Bono. The nonprofit foundation is aimed at the eradication of AIDS.
Prior to (RED), she was President of Disney Publishing Worldwide, a $2 billion retail division of the Walt Disney Company. Additionally, she served as Senior Advisor to the Tribeca Enterprises Board and spent eight years as Executive Vice President at EMI/Capitol Records.
