She attended Shawnee High School and Rutgers University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a psychology minor. During her senior year at the university, Smith was drafted to Houston Dash in the fourth round of the National Women’s Soccer League.
However, due to her college calendar, Smith was not able to join the team on time, and with the team’s coach at the time being fired, the new coach couldn’t guarantee her a spot on the team ” because she wasn’t familiar with Smith.” She was instead offered an uncontracted practice spot, that would allow her to practice with the team and potentially earn a spot on the team in the future. She, however, declined the offer.

In January 2020, The USA Network announced the Temptation Island 3 release date, couples, and boundaries. The season will feature four couples.
