Ethan Bird is an American journalist working as a news anchor, reporter, and producer for WTOK News. He was born and raised in Colorado. His parents are Colorado State University alumni.

He attended and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Journalism and technical communications with a business administration minor. Ethan likes to exercise, play video games, watch his favorite shows, and connect with his friends and family in his spare time.

His number one games are baseball and b-ball, an old neighborhood enthusiast obviously, and anything his Rams are playing. However much he adores his exemplary shows like Parks and Rec, Round of Lofty positions, and The Test.

Bird works as a news anchor, reporter, and producer for WTOK News. Ethan became involved with student media in the fall of 2018, working for CTV (CSU’s nearby TV channel) sports as a reporter.

Ethan was producing and anchoring the CTV Sports show within a year, and he would continue to cover Colorado State athletics until May 2021, when he would graduate. Growing up Ethan generally loved sports, he played baseball and tennis.

Speaking in front of a crowd was another passion, and CSU was the ideal venue for them to do so. Ethan will now concentrate primarily on news and assist with high school football coverage at WTOK. He can’t wait to see a side of the broadcast that he hasn’t yet experienced.

To Ethan, it doesn’t make any difference what he is doing, for however long he is recounting stories that associate individuals, which is what he intends to do in Meridian. Having the opportunity to watch high school football in the South is just a bonus.
