Ethan Huston is an eminent Award-winning Meteorologist working for WGAL. He is the WGAL News 8 Storm Forecast to the Susquehanna Valley. He joined the station in March 2014. Ethan holds a National Weather Association Weathercaster Seal of Approval.

In 2013, The Associated Press named him the Best Weathercaster in the state of Mississippi. Also, the 16 WAPT News Team and Ethan have received Best Newscast awards from the Associated Press for multiple years.
The coverage of the deadly Yazoo City tornado in 2010 earned Ethan and the 16 WAPT News Team an Edward R. Murrow Award. Prior to working at WAPT, he worked for WTOK-TV, as a meteorologist. Also, he worked part-time at WYTV-TV in Youngstown, Ohio, and WCPO-TV in Cincinnati. In addition to his meteorological career, he is an avid college sports fan. He enjoys both Ohio University Bobcats and Mississippi State University Bulldogs football and basketball. Also, he roots for the Cleveland Indians, Brown, and Cavaliers. When he is not working, he likes being outdoors and loves long-distance running, and is most likely preparing for another half or full marathon in the near future. Also, he enjoys working out at Crossfit.
