Eva Marcille Sterling is an American fashion model, actress, and TV personality who gained fame after winning the third cycle of America’s Next Top Model. She is also among the cast of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club which is premiering on June 23, 2022.

Marcille went to Raymond Avenue Elementary School. She left the school and moved to Marina Del Rey Middle School, and later on to Washington Preparatory High School (2002). After her high school studies, she joined Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia; however, she left the college right after winning the third season of America’s Next Top Model at the age of 19.

Marcille officially started her modeling career back in 2004 after winning the third cycle of America’s Next Top Model that year. As one of her prizes, she began modeling for Ford Models and was able to appear on the covers of so many famous magazines including King (June 2005), Essence, Brides Noir, and Women’s Health and Fitness (May 2005). She also modeled for huge companies including Samsung, In Touch Weekly (June 2005), Jewel, Lerner Catalog, Elle, UNleashed, King (November 2005), Red by Marc Ecko, Rolling Out, Avon Campaign 4, and Apple Bottoms.

Some of her runway shows include Elle Girl presents Dare to Be You: Wal-Mart Meets America’s Next Top Model 2005, Naqada Spring 2006, ‘Models of Perfection’ Show 2006, Deborah Lindquist Spring 2006, and L.A. Fashion Week’s Monarchy Collection Fall 2007. She left her managers Tyra Banks and Benny Medina on November 15, 2006. Right after leaving her manager, she dropped “Pigford” from her name, now going by Eva Marcille which is her middle name. She also publicized that she dropped “Pigford” from her name so as not to use her modeling fame to get into acting but earn and achieve her acting roles. As of June 2022, she is signed by L.A. Models and has been featured on America’s Next Top Model: Exposed on the CW.

Apart from her career in the modeling industry, she is also an actor and has guest-starred in several series on The CW Network and UPN. Some of her guest-star credits include one episode of Smallville, one episode of The Game as herself, one episode of Everybody Hates Chris, and two episodes of Kevin Hill. Furthermore, she has also appeared in Tyler Perry’s House of Payne. In addition to that, she also hosted Rip the Runway and My Model Looks Better Than Your Model, BET J’s reality show. She has also made some appearances in quite a number of music videos, including 50 Cent’s “I Get Money,”  “Baby” by Angie Stone (featuring Betty Wright), and Jamie Foxx’s “DJ Play a Love Song”.

Marcille also spent some time as a cast regular on The Wedding Album in 2006, a FOX show which was canceled before it aired. She also appeared on the season 1 episode of Nick Cannon Presents Wild ‘N Out in 2005. Later on, in December 2007, she played a featured role in an episode of Smallville. In 2010, she hosted the first season of the Oxygen reality series Hair Battle Spectacular. In 2013 August, she made a few appearances on the video clip “J’accélère (I accelerate)” by French rapper Rohff.

Marcille will be among the cast of the Reality TV series, The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club which will be aired on Bravo TV. She and the other ex-wives will be spending some time on vacation at Dorinda Medley’s Bluestone Manor. The series will entice the viewers on a trip down memory lane as the ex-wives take part in the lush countryside of the Berkshires with fantastic escapades, top-notch luxury, as well as non-ending drama.
