Frank Waugh is an American meteorologist working for KAKE as the meteorologist for Good Morning Kansas, Good Morning KAKEland, and KAKE News at 11. He joined the station in September 2013 and has served the station for over 10 years. Previously, he worked as a meteorologist, anchor, and reporter at WNDU in South Bend, Indiana, for 3 years.
