Freddie Kitchens Biography

Freddie Kitchens is an American football coach and former player who is the tight ends coach for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). Previously, he was the head coach for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). Before that Kitchens was a coach for the Arizona Cardinals, Mississippi State Bulldogs, Dallas Cowboys, North Texas Mean Green, and LSU Tigers.

Freddie Kitchens Alabama

Freddie was a quarterback for the Alabama Crimson Tide from 1993 to 1997. During his college career, Kitchens threw for 4,668 passing yards and 30 touchdowns. In his three seasons as a starter, Alabama went 22-13 and played in the 1993 Gator Bowl, 1994 Citrus Bowl, and 1996 Outback Bowl. At the time of his departure, Freddie ranked third in the school’s history in career passing attempts, fourth in career passing yards, and fifth in career completions.
