Gil Bates is an American Tv personality who is best known for starring on Bringing Up Bates an American reality television show which follows Gil and Kelly Bates, their 19 children, and extended family.
Bates is also a pastor in his own church, Bible Baptist Church, in Clinton, TN which opened in September 2015. He also is on the board of directors for the Institute in Basic Life Principles.
