Harrison Parker Biography

Harrison Parker is an American multimedia journalist working for KFOX14 News as a multimedia journalist. He joined the station in January 2024, after previously working as a general assignment reporter at New York Daily News.

After graduating from high school, Harrison attended George Washington University in 2013 where he received an undergraduate degree in 2018. After that, he enrolled at Craig Newmark School of Journalism at CUNY in 2020 where he earned a Master’s Degree in journalism.

Parker works as a multimedia journalist at KFOX14 News in El Paso, Texas. Before joining KFOX14 News in January 2024, he worked at New York Daily News as a general assignment reporter. While there, he served the station for one year and eight months from May 2022 to December 2023. Previously, Harrison served as a reporter intern at Schneps Media from June 2021 to August 2021. Later on, he was promoted to become an official reporter from August 2021 to October 2021.

Harrison began his professional career at the Third Bridge Group Limited working as an analyst. After that, he worked as an associate before later working as a client associate from December 2019 to January 2020. Prior to working for Third Bridge Group, he served as an intern at Vested – Communications Agency in New York City. As an intern, Parker was in charge of promoting marketing companies and creating client strategy agendas. He also delivered social media advice and pitched reporters on client stories.

Apart from working as a journalist, Parker served as an intern at the House Democratic Caucus in Washington D.C. He worked for the company for five months from August 2016 to December 2016. Before that, Harrison worked for the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) as a canvasser. The company helped in creating awareness of state issues and supporting political issues. Earlier, Harrison served as a volunteer at Elizabeth Esty for Congress in Cheshire. He worked for the station for three months from June 2012 to August 2012.
