Jack Lencioni is an Italian–American reality TV star, caterer, retired restaurant owner, and chef best known for being a contestant on The Golden Bachelorette Season 1. He now returns to reality TV, appearing in Bachelor in Paradise Season 10, which premiered on July 7, 2025, on ABC.

Lencioni studied at St. Francis de Sales High School. He owned and operated Lencioni Catering in Lynwood with his brother, David. The establishment has a 40-seat banquet hall and a 200-seat banquet hall. In this role, he catered various events, including weddings and large corporate functions, once feeding almost 19,000 people at a BP event.
Before launching his business in 1983, Lencioni worked as a general manager at Condes’ out of Whiting on Indianapolis Boulevard. He started working there in high school as a bus boy. After working there for nearly a decade, he was promoted to general manager when he was 22 years old.
