Keeso along with Mike Borden developed a YouTube channel called Play Fun Games Pictures in 2013. The channel attained instantaneous success due to the short sketches that portray the typical Canadian farmer and the related struggles. Letterkenny Problems, a YouTube web series, gained more than 100 million views as of January 2023. The web series later served as the foundation for the sitcom, Letterkenny. Both the series and sketches are shot in Sudbury, Ontario.

In 2014, Keeso appeared in a Heritage Minute about the Winnipeg Falcons who served in the First World War and later secured the nation’s first Olympic gold medal in hockey. After the success of Letterkenny, Keeso developed a spin-off series dubbed Shoresy which follows Shoresy.

In 2014, Keeso starred in the role of Ben Chartier in 19-2, for which he attained a Canadian Screen for Best Performance by an Actor in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role Award. He starred as Nicholas in Smokin’ Aces 2: Assassins’ Ball, Simon in Charlie, and Adam in Lifetime’s Seven Deadly Sins.
