Jadhon’s career started when she worked in Binghamton, New York as a reporter. She then moved to Syracuse, New York where she served the ABC affiliate as a reporter. She also worked on the Gulf Coast of Florida as an anchor and produced for the weekday 10 o’clock news in the Fort Myers-Naples market.
During her career, she has covered stories like Barack Obama’s presidential campaign visits to Virginia and was the sole reported to receive a backstage invite for a one-on-one interview with then-Senator Obama when he visited Roanoke in 2008.
In 2016, she broadcasted Donald Trump’s campaign visits to Virginia. In addition, she served as the moderator of the 2013 Virginia gubernatorial debate transmitted on C-Span and the Democratic primary gubernatorial debate in 2017 transmitted nationwide.
Jadhon’s most challenging day in her career was on April 16, 2007. At the time, a gunman opened fire on the Virginia Tech Campus. She and Keith Humphry broadcasted live on the air for ten hours with no commercial breaks. Their coverage was transmitted by CNN and CNN International.
Aside from her TV career, she has taught Media Writing at Virginia Tech, Broadcast News Writing at Hollins University, and Public Speaking at Virginia Western Community College. Annually, she emcees the American Heart Association Roanoke Heart Ball and Heart Walk.

Jadhon also won Emmy nominations for “Not So Sweet: The Truth About Diabetes,” a live field anchoring broadcast of President Trump’s visit to Liberty University, the 75th Anniversary of D-Day special, and anchoring broadcasts of Southwest Virginia tornadoes. She also did “From Glenvar to the Grammys” which follows a Roanoke County native’s country music success which earned her another nomination.
