Jeff Skversky Biography

Jeff Skversky is an American Sportscaster for 6abc WPVI Philadelphia. He is a Delaware Valley native who joined the Action News Sports team in February 2009.

His broadcasting career began ‘down the shore’ at Channel 40 in Atlantic City, New Jersey as the weekend sports anchor. After a year and a half at WMGM-TV, he went to Syracuse, New York where he was the weekend sportscaster at WSTM-TV.

From WSTM-TV it was off to the Midwest, he joined KMOV-TV in St. Louis in 2006 where he covered the Cardinals’ pennant chase and World Series title. He attended and graduated from Temple University in 2001 with a degree in broadcasting. When he is not working, he enjoys going to sporting events, concerts, and comedy shows, and also spending time at the shore, and hanging out with friends.
