Jennifer Franco Biography

Jennifer Franco is an American anchor working for OAN since joining the station after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California San Diego in 2010. She brings a passion for telling stories that affect people not only in her home state of California but nationally and internationally as well.

Franco complimented her undergraduate work as a news reporter/producer for two years at Palomar College’s Emmy award-winning news program, North County News. There Franco worked both behind the scenes as well as in front of the camera, covering a variety of local stories across San Diego County. As part of North County News, she covered a wide variety of hot button issues-from budget cuts to city-mandated bans and interviewed several local politicians.

At One America News, she has reported on major global topics, such as the live hearing on the terrorist group Boko Haram. As part of the One America news team, Franco is thrilled to continue enhancing her skills as a writer and anchor and hopes to continue providing viewers with the stories they care about most.
