An announcement on April 4, 2016, revealed that DeLuca had joined the cast of ABC’s General Hospital as Aaron Roland. He had a guest role as Jeremy in several season 4 episodes of Hulu’s East Los High. He starred as Brett in Free Period, a short film that was released on Disney Channel’s YouTube page. Moreover, he starred as Chet in Chalk It Up with Maddy Curley and Nikki SooHoo. He also portrayed Wade in All Halloes’ Eve. On October 6, 2016, he made a guest appearance in an episode of How to Get Away with Murder. He voiced Young Nikita in an episode of Comrade Detective.

DeLuca starred as Maverick in  Lara Croft Is My Girlfriend in 2017. Later that year, he starred as Bobby in Go90’s Relationship Status. Further, he played the guest role of Billy in Welcome To Daisyland and Rod in an episode of FX’s American Horror Story: 1984. He played the supporting role of Davey Wallace in Hallmark’s A Merry Christmas Match opposite Lindsey Gort. He provided the voice-over for Vinny Linguini in Disney’s Muppet Babies.
