John Gray is an American journalist working for NEWS10 ABC as an evening anchor. Additionally, he works as a writer who has authored three children’s books and three novels.

Gray graduated with honors from LaSalle Institute in 1981. Also, he holds an Associate Of Arts degree from Hudson Valley Community College. Additionally, he has a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Aside from journalism, Gray has a passion for writing. For about 2 decades, he has done a Wednesday column in The Record, and Saratogian newspapers which have become a local favorite. Additionally, he writes a famous monthly column in Capital Region Living Magazine. On top of that, he has authored three children’s books and three novels.
Apart from journalism and writing, Gray is also involved in community work. For example, he volunteers his time for many local charities including, Hospice, ALS, Special Olympics, M.S., Juvenile Diabetes, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters among others.
