And is responsible for producing and presenting LIVE in-studio weather reports for morning and evening newscasts. Before then, he spent three years and one month as a reporter and weather anchor at KITV 4 More Local News. During his time there, he served as a news anchor for “Good Morning Hawaii” weekend, Hawaii’s only weekend morning newscast. Prior to that, he worked at KHON-TV spending 11 years and 11 months, as he joined the station as a TV Correspondent for FOX VIP from January 2011 to March 2012.
From February 2004 to May 2015, he served as a Live on-air commentator during the American Idol season on the KHON2 Morning News Show – “Wake Up 2day”. Before leaving the station in December 2015, he worked as a Guest correspondent at Livin808, a weekly events and entertainment segment. From March 2007 to May 2007, he became the host and scriptwriter at Destination Groove Dance Hawaii. In 2007, he received the prestigious Ola Pono Award and the Outstanding Young Persons Award in 2010 from the Hawaii Jaycees.
