Justin Pazera is an American Emmy Award-Winning anchor and reporter at ABC15 News. He joined the station in June 2015 as a general assignment reporter. Pazera anchors the weekend morning newscast and also on weekdays at 4, 5, and 6 p.m. Previously, he worked at the CBS affiliate in Omaha, Nebraska as an anchor and reporter.

During 2018, Pazera worked as ABC15’s lead reporter on the high-profile U.S. Senate race in Arizona. He played a role in the station’s wide reporting on the Hacienda Healthcare controversy that made international headlines.

Prior to moving to Arizona, he was an anchor and reporter at the CBS affiliate in Omaha, Nebraska. In the course of his time there, Pazera broke several big stories, one of which led to the transfer of four Omaha police officers caught on camera using excessive force.

Pazera started his on-air job as an anchor and reporter in Rapid City, South Dakota. His reports led him across the state and even landed him on the top of Mount Rushmore to report on the monument’s first extensive cleaning and assessment. He also received an Emmy Award for his story revealing the extremely high suicide rates among children and youth on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
