Kathryn Hauser is an American journalist working for WTNH as an anchor and reporter since joining the station in May 2022. Previously, she worked for WBZ CBS Boston as a weekday morning news anchor for 2 years.

Moreover, she told the stories of Connecticut volunteers sharing hot meals and necessities with those in need.

With a passion for storytelling, Hauser is always looking for the helpers in a story, because that’s where the best of humanity is. She has covered news in New York, Boston, and Connecticut for over 10 years. During her career, she has covered significant breaking news stories, such as the crisis at Sandy Hook, the “Miracle on the Hudson” landing by Captain Sully, and the Boston Marathon bombing lawsuit.

Hauser previously worked for WBZ CBS Boston as a weekday morning news anchor for 2 years. She worked for News 12 Connecticut as an anchor and reporter before moving to Boston. She also reported for FOX23 News in Albany, New York.
