Katie Sampson is an American Morning anchor/reporter for Good Day Maine on CBS 13 News in Portland, Maine. You can catch her weekdays on Good Day Maine on CBS 13 from 5-7 a.m.

Sampson joined CBS 13 in April 2014 and became a morning anchor in December 2016. She was part of the award-winning, team-coverage of the deadly tent collapse in Lancaster, New Hampshire in 2015. Additionally, Sampson covered multiple blizzards that battered Maine in the winter of 2014-2015.

Since moving to Maine, she has had a blast sampling the incredible restaurants in Portland and beyond. During her free time, Sampson likes to explore different parts of Maine, visit her family in New Hampshire and watch her favorite TV shows. She attended Suffolk University in Boston where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism. After graduating, Sampson worked as a reporter in Topeka, Kansas for two years before moving to Portland.
