Arthur is a member of the award-winning News 3 Now team.  She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she graduated with degrees in History and Journalism. Arthur has covered high-profile homicide investigations, the challenges facing homeless veterans, issues of gun violence, and the growing problem of heroin addiction in rural Wisconsin communities.
