Keller Watts is an American meteorologist who has been working with the ABC affiliate WBRZ-TV in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States since December 2009. Watts has been a meteorologist for several decades now and has worked across several television stations.
Growing up in the Mississippi Delta town of Greenville, Keller has said that the active weather patterns that produce tornadoes in the Southeast sparked his interest in weather at an early age.
Watts was a member of the U.S.-led Cultural Exchange Consortium that traveled to the Communist U.S.S.R. in the summer of 1991. He was in Moscow’s Red Square only two days before the August 19th Soviet coup. This is where members of the Communist Party attempted to take control of the U.S.S.R. from Soviet Union President Mikhail Gorbachev. This led to the collapse of Communism.
Watts is also an experienced analytical chemist, supervisor, and manager. Since November 2012, he has worked as a laboratory supervisor/chemist for SGS. He became laboratory manager in April 2022 having skills in petroleum, oil and gas industry, downstream oil and gas, among others.

He worked as an analytical chemist with ExxonMobil from July 2009 to March 2018.
