In Missouri, she had difficult conversations about the growing opioid epidemic with people all over the region. That story earned her an Emmy nomination.
Clein has received multiple state awards for her work in breaking news and investigative reporting, including the persisting effects of the Manhattan Project on a St. Louis suburb. She developed a love for journalism when she was a young kid watching WXII daily. After graduating from college, she worked for the CBS affiliate in Bozeman, Montana, for a year and a half.
