In November 2014, Mullins was arrested for DUI(driving under the influence). At the time before his arrest, he had made an illegal turn near Meridian and Washington Streets. According to police records, there was a strong scent of alcohol on his breath and they did a field breath test producing a sample of 0.072. he then admitted that he had taken one drink earlier that night. At the precinct, he took another breathalyzer test where his BAC was recorded as 0.113. As a result, he was taken to the Adult Processing Center intake.
