Marcia Withers is the wife of the late American singer-songwriter, Bill Withers, who was best known for his hit songs, “Lean On Me”, “Lovely Day” and “Ain’t No Sunshine.”

Johnson is a graduate of the UCLA Graduate School of Management and supported many charities. She is the direct manager of his Beverly Hills–based publishing companies, in which their children also became involved as they became adults. Together with her husband, Marcia was honored by the Stuttering Association for the Young (SAY), where she served as a Board member.
