Squerciati was awarded Agnes Moorehead for her theater work in the off-broadway Just in Time: The Judy Holliday Story at Lucille Lortel Theatre. Their performance was a reward for Squerciati. In an adaptation of Ernst Lubitsch’s To Be or Not to Be by the Tony winner, Casey Nicholaw, Squerciati made her Broadway debut. The beauty of the Father and the others, Off-Broadway, starred in Manipulation. In a cappella music comedy Perfect Harmony, Squerciati played “Kerri Taylor” and he was part of The Essentials.

In 2013, she performed as a Soviet spy in the FX series The Americans. The show premiered on January 8, 2014. The seventh season premiered on September 25, 2019, and NBC announced, on February 27, 2020, that the show was renewed for the 8th, 9th, and 10th seasons. In August 2013 Squerciati was announced that Officer Kim Burgess was cast in the Chicago Fire-off Chicago, P.D.
