Hampton has a criminal record of being arrested not once but seven times. She was first arrested on May 26, 1999, for aggravated battery causing bodily harm with a weapon on a woman leaving her disfigured. Hampton was hit by a first-degree felony charge and held on a bond of $5,000 and on the same day, she was released. Later in 2000, she broke the law again and served 100 days in jail, and in 2001, she went to jail three times.
In addition, she was also arrested in December 2002 for having possessed a firearm which is against the law for a convicted felon, and in 2003, she violated her parole again and spent six days in jail. Marlo was also arrested for having tried to pass a fake check in September 2002 and for this she was released on a $1,000 bond the site pointed out. Furthermore, she violated her parole again and in July 2003, she was arrested.
